1. The Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) applies to persons who participate in the programs of the Office Québec/Wallonie-Bruxelles pour la jeunesse to the extent and on the conditions provided for in the Agreement between the agency and the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail appearing as Schedule I.
